使用说明：
先將牙套放入耐熱的容器中，再倒入大約攝氏70度的水，大約經過30秒後，用筷子將它取出，接著把熱水甩掉，將牙套放入嘴內，咬合約10秒後取出即可完全符合齒型，如果牙套過長，也可以自行在軟化時修剪。
